David Drewes to moderate panel at forum hosted by Information Management Network.
Partner David C. Drewes will moderate a panel entitled “Acquisitions – Where are you Finding Local Deal Flow?”
The panel will focus on real estate acquisitions in New York City and surrounding areas, and will address issues including deal due diligence, property valuations and the relative benefits of debt versus equity. Subjects will also include value-added plays and the challenge of competing against foreign money.
