Willkie counsel Kathiana Aurelien has been named to the 2026 “Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Kathiana was recognized as one of the leading labor and employment attorneys in Los Angeles for the fourth year in a row. She represents industry-leading clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including the employment implications of significant corporate transactions. Kathiana also regularly advises on sensitive executive separation matters, compliance issues, and developing, implementing and enforcing personnel policies.
A leader in the legal community, Kathiana currently serves on the board of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc. as Committee Co-Chair and is the Co-Chair of the Pro Bono and Community Outreach Committee for the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association.
