Debra Sinclair, U.S. Co-Chair of Willkie’s Restructuring Department and Chair of the Company Restructuring & Reorganization practice, has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of this year’s “Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting & Law.”

Crain’s recognized Debra for her leadership and accomplishments in high-profile chapter 11 cases and other restructuring matters, highlighting the breadth and diversity of her practice. Her recent achievements include leading the Willkie team that successfully advised Saks Global Enterprises LLC, the largest multi-brand luxury retailer in the world, on its landmark chapter 11 restructuring. 

Debra is one of only three top restructuring attorneys that Crain’s selected as notable leaders of New York’s business community. She represents debtors, lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, and ad hoc creditor groups comprised of hedge funds, financial institutions and other sophisticated investors in distressed situations. Debra advises clients on all aspects of complex chapter 11 cases and has experience with distressed acquisitions, bankruptcy litigation, cross-border matters and out-of-court restructurings.
