Willkie partner Allyson B. Smith has been recognized by Turnarounds & Workouts as an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” for 2026. She was selected as one of 12 attorneys under the age of 40 for their work on the past year’s notable bankruptcies and restructurings.
Allyson was recognized for her leadership and achievements in a recent series of complex chapter 11 cases, including as a key member of the Willkie team that is advising Saks Global Holdings LLC, the largest multi-brand luxury retailer in the world, on its restructuring.
