Hon. Shelley C. Chapman (Ret.), Barbara Grayson and Laura Delanoy have been shortlisted for “Lawyer of the Year” honors at the Women in Business Law Americas Awards 2026.
They were shortlisted in recognition of their accomplishments and leadership in the law. The Legal Benchmarking Group shortlisted the lawyers among the top practitioners of the year in the following practice areas:
- Hon. Shelley C. Chapman (Ret.), senior counsel in Willkie’s Restructuring Department and Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, was shortlisted for “North America Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer of the Year.”
- Barbara Grayson, partner and National Chair of Willkie’s Private Wealth Group, was shortlisted for “North America Wealth Management Lawyer of the Year,” an award she previously received in 2025.
- Laura Delanoy, partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Co-Chair of Willkie’s Environmental, Social & Governance practice, was shortlisted for “North America Private Equity Lawyer of the Year.”
The winners will be announced at an awards event on May 28 in New York.
