Sarah B. Gelb, partner in Willkie’s Finance Department, has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL) in recognition of her leadership and accomplishments in commercial finance law.
AACFL recently inducted Sarah as a Fellow at an event in Atlanta, Georgia, highlighting her commitment to professional excellence, her efforts to enhance the practice of commercial finance law and her longstanding contributions to the field.
Sarah represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as financial institutions, private debt funds and other lenders on an array of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including secured financing and loan transactions, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and debt offerings in private and public markets. Sarah’s practice also includes fund finance, back leverage and investment-backed finance as well as insurance-related financings.
