J. Holt Foster, III, managing partner of Willkie's Dallas office, has been named to D Magazine’s 2026 Dallas 500, an annual series recognizing the most influential business leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
Holt was recognized in the “Law: Mergers and Acquisitions” category as one of the top dealmakers in the Dallas market and a leader in the business community. D Magazine highlighted Holt’s success in helping to launch Willkie’s Dallas office in 2024. It has grown to approximately 30 lawyers across a broad transactional platform that includes leading private equity, finance, restructuring, real estate and tax practices.
