Dharshini Prasad, a partner in Willkie’s International Arbitration Practice, has been appointed as a member of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) UK Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

 

The ICC is the world’s largest business organization, with national committees globally. The ICC International Court of Arbitration is one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions. The members of the UK Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee serve a three-year term and work on shaping international business rules, standards, and policy advocacy, and promote arbitration and ADR as mechanisms for dispute resolution in the UK.

 

Dharshini is triple qualified to practice in Singapore, England and Wales, and New York and regularly advises corporate, Government and Government entity clients on their complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. In addition to her work as counsel, Dharshini has an active practice as arbitrator, is a member of the LCIA Court, and sits on the Board of Editors for the American Arbitration Association’s Dispute Resolution Journal.
