Willkie partners Genevieve DiSpirito and Stuart Lombardi have been named among Law360’s 2025 “Rising Stars” list of top attorneys under 40. Genevieve was recognized for her accomplishments in Insurance and Stuart was honored for his work in Bankruptcy.
Genevieve is a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department and maintains a dynamic litigation practice handling complex commercial disputes, principally in the insurance and financial sectors. She regularly represents insurance companies and insurance brokers, including litigating high-stakes coverage disputes and advising on transactional and regulatory matters.
Stuart is a first-chair bankruptcy litigator who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. His practice also includes private equity disputes, antitrust litigation and counseling, and other complex business disputes. He has represented a wide range of clients in high-stakes litigation at every level, from state and federal trial courts through the U.S. Supreme Court.
Genevieve and Stuart were selected from over a thousand applicants across dozens of practice areas and jurisdictions, both in the US and internationally.
