Willkie has been recognized in the 2026 Vault Law 100, a ranking of the most prestigious law firms across the United States. The firm was listed as #29 overall, advancing six positions in the ranking since last year.
Vault also recognized Willkie in the following:
- “Best Firms to Work For” in the categories of Overall Ranking, Business Outlook, Compensation, Hours and Transparency
- “Best Law Firm by Region” in Chicago, New York, Texas and Washington, DC
- “Best Summer Associate Programs” in the Overall Ranking category
- “Best Firm by Practice Area” for Private Equity
Partner Brittany Klinger was featured in a Q&A about the firm’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. Brittany discussed her Private Equity practice, including the types of deals and cases she works on, the most challenging aspects of transactional work, and the role of junior lawyers on Willkie’s corporate teams.
The results of the annual Vault lists are based on market feedback from more than 20,000 law firm associates collected over the course of the last year. From these surveys, Vault ranks the top law firms in prestige, quality of life and overall best to work for.
