Litigation partner Aaron Hersh has been named to Chicago Lawyer’s 2023 “40 Under Forty” series recognizing the region’s next-generation leaders in the law.

He was selected from a competitive pool of over 1,000 nominations as one of the “40 most talented young attorneys working in Illinois.”

Aaron was recognized for his achievements representing businesses in complex disputes, including antitrust, intellectual property and trade secret litigation, before trial and appellate courts at both the federal and state level. The publication highlighted testimonials from clients who emphasized Aaron’s ability to efficiently accomplish their business objectives, including by favorably resolving matters before they reach litigation.

“One of the critical skills we look for when we hire outside counsel is an ability to quickly and efficiently process complex information and distill it in a way that allows the business to make informed strategic decisions in a timely manner,” the publication quoted from a client. “Aaron is tremendously talented and skilled at these tasks.”

Chicago Lawyer also noted Aaron’s active pro bono practice as well as his work as a member of Metropolitan & Legal Aid Associate Board.

The award winners were recognized by Chicago Lawyer and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, ­published by Law Bulletin Media.
