Willkie has been ranked among the top law firms for supporting the success of female attorneys and attorneys who identify as LGBTQ+. Both rankings are published as part of the National Law Journal’s NLJ 500 survey.
Willkie ranked 24th in the NLJ Women’s Scorecard, an annual ranking of the percentage of female attorneys and percentage of female partners at the largest firms in the country. Significantly, Willkie was highlighted as one of the few major international law firms at the top of the survey.
In addition, Willkie ranked highly on the NLJ LGBTQ+ scorecard, an industrywide survey of the largest law firms in the U.S. with the highest percentage of attorneys who identify as LGBTQ+.
