The Firm ranked 10th in the annual survey of diversity in the legal industry.
Willkie has been ranked 10th in the 2022 Diversity Scorecard by The American Lawyer, highlighting the racial and ethnic diversity of its lawyers at every level and recognizing the Firm’s commitment to the long-term success of its diverse talent.
The American Lawyer revised its survey methodology this year to more accurately identify the most diverse firms among the Am Law 200 and National Law Journal 250. In particular, the new survey added questions about the diversity of each firm’s executive committee, office leaders and practice heads.
The Diversity Scorecard ranks law firms based on an aggregate score across three separate categories evaluating the diversity of firm leadership, the equity partner ranks and the broader population of other attorneys.
