The Paris-based lawyers have been recognized among the 10 best young practitioners in alternative dispute resolution in Russia.
The Russian Arbitration Association has named counsel Sergey Alekhin and associate Dmitry Bayandin among the “Top 10 Young Arbitration Practitioners” of 2021.
Sergey and Dmitry were recognized for their leadership and achievements in the field of arbitration by the Russian Arbitration Association 40 (RAA40), the association’s under 40 division. This marks the fourth time that Sergey has received the annual award. Honorees are selected by peers in the arbitration community.
Sergey and Dmitry are both based in Willkie’s Paris office and their practices focus on international commercial and investor-state arbitration.
The Russian Arbitration Association represents the broad interests of the business, legal and education communities involved in alternative dispute resolution in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. RAA40 is a group of young arbitration practitioners and academics dedicated to promoting the arbitration field among up-and-coming lawyers and creating professional development opportunities.
