Willkie earned a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s leading survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
Willkie has again been recognized among the employers that earned a perfect score in the report, highlighting its commitment to equality and inclusion and the Firm’s longstanding effort “to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ+ workers and their families.”
The annual benchmarking report, now in it is 20th year, rates employers on detailed criteria in four central areas: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; support of an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the educational arm of America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people.
