Law360 ranked Willkie among the top U.S. law firms for overall representation of female attorneys at all levels in its 2021 Glass Ceiling Report. The Firm was ranked 14th in the 251-600 U.S.-based attorneys category.
This edition of the Glass Ceiling Report provides a data-driven view of female attorney representation at law firms in the U.S. at the end of 2020. Law360 collected data from more than 270 law firms on the demographics of their lawyer workforce. Firms were evaluated and ranked in comparison to peers of relatively similar size. Law360 used data from the American Bar Association and the firms’ own headcounts to set benchmarks for the report.
