Willkie has been named to Vault’s 2021 lists of “Best Law Firms to Work For” and “Best Summer Associate Programs,” ranking among the top ten on both lists. The annual lists are part of employer research and review platform Vault’s Quality of Life rankings, based on data from its annual associate survey, which includes feedback from more than 20,000 law firm associates on various aspects of their work lives.
This year’s Best Law Firms to Work For rankings were calculated based on associate ratings at law firms in 12 different areas, including overall satisfaction, firm culture, compensation, quality of work, associate/partner relations, wellness, pro bono and overall diversity, among others. The Best Summer Associate Programs list is based on ratings and feedback from junior lawyers looking back on their experiences as summer associates to rate the summer program on attorney interactions, career development, and social experiences.
