This select, highly competitive listing honors only 12 attorneys nationally under the age of 40 who have worked on the some of the most recent prominent bankruptcies and restructuring.
Mr. Forman was recognized for his recent outstanding achievements, including his roles in advising an ad hoc group of subrogation claim holders in the PG&E Corporation bankruptcy and for acting as counsel to the Official Committee of Claimants in the Imerys Talc America, Inc. chapter 11 cases. He is also lauded for his role in leading the team representing the NARCO Trust, an asbestos personal injury settlement trust formed pursuant to the North American Refractories Company’s (“NARCO”) bankruptcy plan; and for his representation of Glansaol Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus Private Equity XII, in their chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
