On September 21, Willkie partner Peter Haller was inducted as a new Fellow by the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC). The ACEBC, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to “fostering excellence in the practice of employee benefits law and advancing public understanding of employee benefits,” selected 20 employee benefits attorneys from across the country for this honor at its 20th Annual Induction Dinner in Washington, DC.
Induction as a Fellow of the ACEBC is a national distinction for employee benefits lawyers who have made demonstrably substantive contributions to the field throughout their entire career. Each nominee is required to have focused on benefits laws for at least 20 years and have a sustained commitment to its advancement through writing, speaking, public policy analysis, public education or public service.
