Litigation partner Todd G. Cosenza was named one of the New York Law Journal’s 2013 Rising Stars. The inaugural class of 44 attorneys under the age of 40 includes practitioners from all over the state who work in every sector of the bar—large and small firms, public interest agencies, government and academia. NYLJ highlights that “these lawyers exhibit superb legal skills, keen judgment, creativity and dedication that have made a lasting impression on their colleagues and clients.”
The Rising Stars are lauded for handling “the most sophisticated securities, antitrust, intellectual property and other matters for some of the world’s most powerful corporations, individuals, institutions and government,” and for “generously sharing their expertise at forums across the state.”
In a profile published in the NYLJ, Mr. Cosenza is noted for his role in obtaining several victories for Facebook and its CEO and executive officers in the defense of more than 50 securities lawsuits brought in connection with its 2012 IPO, and for his successful representations of both M&F Worldwide Corp. and C&D Technologies.
