Molly Zhu is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Her practice is centered around complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and class action lawsuits. Molly also has experience representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition to her commercial practice, Molly maintains a robust pro bono practice focusing on voting rights advocacy, educational law, and asylum law among other civil rights work.
