Isabella Zanetti

Isabella Zanetti is an associate in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Delfino & Associati, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, based in the Milan office.

Her practice focuses on advising clients in numerous industries on corporate and commercial law, including general corporate matters, sophisticated transactions and commercial contracts, as well as on the day-to-day management of business issues.

In addition to corporate and commercial law, Isabella has experience in compliance matters and has advised clients on administrative responsibility of legal entities according to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and on data protection matters pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Isabella is fluent in Italian and English, she also has a basic knowledge of German and Spanish.
