

Pierluigi Vingolo

Pierluigi Vingolo is counsel in the Milan office, focusing on civil and commercial law, with significant experience in litigation and arbitration.
He assists clients in arbitration proceedings (domestic and international) and in a wide range of civil litigation.
He has extensive experience in assisting securitization vehicles and credit institutions in complex civil and bankruptcy litigation relating to the management of impaired loans.
He also deals with contracts in the procurement, food & beverage and hotel sectors.
Previously, Pierluigi worked in leading Italian and international law firms, gaining experience in litigation and, more generally, in civil law in the following areas: banking and finance, corporate law and contract law.
Experience
Pierluigi was part of a pool of professionals who, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and the European Commission (Directorate for Structural Reforms), worked on a two-year project aimed at improving the Italian legislation on enforcement and insolvency procedures.
- Arbitration proceedings for Anika Therapeutics S.r.l., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Anika Therapeutics Inc.;
- Advising Marchesi Milano S.r.l. (a company founded by master chef Gualtiero Marchesi) on the reopening of the Foyer alla Scala restaurant, including the restructuring of the debt accrued by the same;
- Advising the Savini Group on the opening of the Sebastian café in Milan through an M&A transaction.
