Olivia Varnado is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Olivia has experience across complex commercial, ERISA, white collar, employment, and appellate matters. She works on cases in both federal and state courts at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through post-judgment proceedings, and has significant trial experience. Her practice includes briefing dispositive and other high-stakes motions, as well as drafting appellate briefs. Olivia regularly prepares witnesses for depositions and assists with discovery proceedings.
Olivia’s pro bono practice includes working with the Illinois State Appellate Defender to prepare clemency petitions.
