Diana C. Vall-llobera is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Her practice centers on complex, multi-faceted investigations, including advising clients in interactions with the DOJ, SEC, PCAOB, SIGAR, and DOD. A key aspect of her practice includes multinational internal investigations. Diana also has represented a range of clients representing a variety of industries, including manufacturing automation and telecommunications, in complex commercial litigation disputes and she has in-depth knowledge of jurisdictional issues affecting international companies. Diana also maintains an active pro bono practice on matters ranging from asylum to prisoners’ rights.
