• Financial restructurings (in-court and out-of-court), including loan-to-own strategies, debt-equity swaps, share pledge enforcements, and insolvency plan proceedings
• Implementation of restructuring solutions through German scheme proceedings (StaRUG)
• Operational corporate restructurings
• Distressed M&A, rescue financing, or refinancing transactions
