Chase is an associate in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department. Chase’s practice focuses primarily on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions, tax and securities laws relating to executive compensation and employee benefits, and preparation of executive employment agreements, equity plans, bonus plans, severance and deferred compensation arrangements.
