Collette Torunyan

Collette Torunyan is an associate in Willkie’s Private Wealth Group. She focuses on all matters related to family law issues including premarital agreements, postmarital agreements, cohabitation agreements, and transmutation agreements for high net worth individuals. Although Collette is based in our Los Angeles office, she frequently consults on marital agreements in our Chicago and New York offices. Prior to joining Willkie, Collette was an associate at a boutique family law firm where her practice ranged from high-asset divorce, contested custody, domestic violence litigation, and the negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements involving substantial estates and cross-border considerations. Collette is adept at drafting and negotiating marital agreements tailored to complex financial circumstances, including private equity interests, real estate holdings, intellectual property, and complex estate planning.
