Ashley Surinak is counsel in Willkie’s Restructuring Department. She is based in the Firm’s Chicago office.

Ashley represents debtors, sponsors, and other sophisticated parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies, complex out-of-court restructurings, and cross-border insolvency matters. She advises nationally and globally recognized companies and brands across a wide range of industries, including logistics, energy, retail, manufacturing, and oil and gas.
