David Strätling
Associate, Private Equity
David Strätling is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department advising corporate and financial investors on complex cross-border and national M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on general corporate law matters.
In addition to his admission as a lawyer, he also obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science. Prior to joining Willkie, David was an associate at another international law firm.
David is fluent in German and English.
