Milot is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department, where he advises corporate clients and financial sponsors on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
He completed his legal clerkship in Munich, Brussels, and Washington, D.C., and was admitted to the German bar in 2026. Prior to joining Willkie, he gained experience at other international law firms and a leading global technology group.
Milot is fluent in German and English.
