Tara Sohns is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Tara has represented clients in high-stakes matters across a variety of substantive areas, including contract disputes, white collar matters, and healthcare class actions. Tara has experience in federal and state courts at all stages of litigation, and has robust experience drafting complaints and dispositive motions, and managing discovery.
Tara’s extensive pro bono practice includes collaborating with non-profit, civil rights organizations in various impact litigations.
Tara received her J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review. Tara received her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
