Scott Snyder is a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department, focusing on energy, project finance and infrastructure projects. He is based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.

Scott advises clients on the development, acquisition, financing and sale of complex energy and infrastructure projects. His practice spans project finance, including tax equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial real estate transactions, with significant experience in solar generation, battery storage facilities, wind power projects, transmission infrastructure, airport and seaport facilities, rail assets and other large-scale projects.
