Tray is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services practice group, based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Tray represents clients in the renewable energy industry developing, acquiring, and investing in solar, battery energy storage, wind, and distributed generation projects, including tax equity and debt financings and M&A transactions.
Experience
- Representation of project developers and strategic and tax equity investors with respect to the development, acquisition and financing of utility scale wind, solar and battery energy storage system projects. Projects include Luciana Solar, Rosamond, Oberon II and Tres Bahias Solar.
- Representation of lenders and tax equity investors in the development and financing of distributed generation projects.
