Breanna Smith-Bonsu

Breanna is an associate in the Litigation Department. Breanna has represented clients in high-stakes matters across a variety of substantive areas, including contract disputes, data privacy, ERISA, and appellate matters. She has represented clients in both federal and state court at nearly all stages of litigation. Breanna routinely drafts dispositive and other significant motions, as well as appellate briefs. She has significant experience in preparing witnesses, managing discovery, and overseeing mediations.

Breanna maintains an active pro bono practice where she has represented individuals in civil rights cases and counseled non-profit organizations.
