Rupali Singhal is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. Her practice focuses on patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark disputes. Rupali regularly represents clients in litigating issues involving a variety of technologies, including high-technology, software, life science, and mechanical and materials science. Her experience includes a broad range of intellectual property, antitrust, and other complex litigation matters before district courts, courts of appeal, state courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and in arbitration. 

Rupali’s practice is additionally informed by her federal clerkships with the Hon. Edward G. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Hon. Raymond C. Clevenger of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. 

Rupali received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as an Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and as an Associate Editor for the Journal for Law & Innovation. Prior to law school, Rupali earned her Bachelors of Science in Systems Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and worked building technology delivering analytics for a large asset manager.
