Travis Simon

Travis Simon is an associate in Willkie’s Finance Department. He is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. Travis regularly represents direct lenders, commercial banks, alternative credit providers and other debt investors on a wide variety of finance transactions and projects, with a focus on middle market private equity sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. In addition, Travis represents private equity funds, private and public companies, insurance companies, entertainment producers and other borrowers with respect to their acquisition and fund financing, working capital and specialty financing needs.
