Keaton Sheeler

Keaton Sheeler is an associate in Willkie’s Intellectual Property Department. With a background in biochemistry, Keaton has experience litigating in U.S. district court across a variety of scientific and technological areas, including biotechnology, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. Keaton has also participated in post grant proceedings, including inter partes review proceedings (IPRs) trials, in front of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”).
Keaton previously clerked with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, where he gained experience working on post-grant proceedings such as IPRs, PGRs, and Ex Parte Reexaminations. Keaton leverages this experience when representing clients before the PTAB.
