Ashley Shan is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm's Finance Department. Ashley primarily advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public and private companies on all aspects of financing transactions, including leveraged and investment grade committed financings, broadly syndicated loans, private credit loans, asset-based loans and DIP financings, across a broad range of industries. She also has experience with fund finance and structured finance.
