

Paul Seppi is an Associate in the London office and a member of the Firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice group. He advises global corporate and financial sponsor clients on how to navigate the regulatory aspects of cross-border M&A deals, including merger control and foreign investment filings. Paul also advises on cartel and other behavioural investigations, as well as broader strategic competition law matters.
Paul has experience across a range of industries including private equity, financial services, TMT, consumer products and infrastructure. He is fluent in English, German and Italian.

- AstraZeneca on its $39 billion acquisition of Alexion
- London Stock Exchange Group on its $27 billion acquisition of Refinitiv
- Hutchison Port Holdings Trust on an investigation into a contractual joint venture combining various container port terminal businesses
- Comcast Corporation on its $65 billion bid for the global assets of 21st Century Fox
- A consortium including ANTA and FountainVest on the €4.6 billion acquisition of Amer Sports
- Permira funds on their acquisition of a 50% interest in Grobest
- Several companies on antitrust investigations before the Hong Kong Competition Commission
