Alison Robins
Associate, Intellectual Property
Alison Robins is an associate in Willkie’s Intellectual Property Department. Her practice involves managing high-stakes, complex litigation concerning patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and contract disputes in trial courts. She focuses on the life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. Alison also counsels clients in in the film and entertainment industries on trademark prosecution and enforcement. Her enforcement practice includes proceedings in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the negotiation of coexistence agreements. She maintains a meaningful pro bono practice concerning intellectual property, LGBTQIA+ justice, and other areas.
Prior to joining Willkie, Alison served as a legal extern for the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco. Alison was a James Kent Scholar from Columbia Law School, where she also received the Carroll G. Harper Prize for attaining the highest standards of achievement in intellectual property studies and writing.
