Jan Reiter is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. He advises on cross-border and national mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings, capital increases and the issuance of corporate bonds.

  • Continental on the spin-off and listing of Vitesco Technologies on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange*
  • TUI on a stabilisation package from the German Federal Government*
  • TRATON on its initial public offering and listing on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange*
  • Underwriters, including Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, on the initial public offering and listing of Knorr-Bremse on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange*
