Marius Reif

Marius Reif is an associate in the capital markets practice group, where he counsels issuers, underwriters, and other market participants across a broad range of equity capital markets transactions. His experience encompasses initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases and rights offerings, private placements, and equity-linked instruments, including convertible and exchangeable bonds, as well as debt offerings. In addition, he advises clients on general corporate law matters.

Before joining Willkie, Marius practiced at a magic circle firm in Munich.

Marius is fluent in German and English.
