Gabrielle Reddé is an associate in the Administrative, Regulatory and Energy Law department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris.

Gabrielle is particularly involved in major public-private projects (concessions, PPPs, etc.), greenfield or brownfield, in the transport and energy sectors. She advises both public and private entities in the context of tender procedure, in the construction and operation phase infrastructure (including as regards the negotiation, drafting and performance of the EPC and O&M agreements), and has particular expertise in complex pre-litigation and litigation cases for these projects.

Gabrielle also has a recognized experience in general public and regulatory law matters (permits, environment, public procurement, French foreign investment regulation, data protection, etc.) and regularly advises sellers or bidders in M&A and PE process.

 

She is an active member of Infravenir, a highly renowned professional network of young professionals working in the infrastructure sector.
