Nadia Raynes is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Employment Ligation & Counseling Practice.  She represents clients in employment litigations, mediations and enforcement actions brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other government agencies. Nadia also regularly conducts transactional due diligence and counsels clients on HR issues including wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, terminations, internal investigations and risk mitigation.
