Nohman Raufi

Nohman is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department advising corporate and financial investors on complex cross-border and national M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on general corporate law matters. 

Prior to joining Willkie, Nohman worked at other international law firms in Frankfurt and Munich.

Nohman is fluent in German, English, Farsi and also speaks French.
