Justin D. Rattey is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. He is based in the Firm’s Washington office.
Justin’s litigation practice includes defending international banks, other financial institutions, and retailers in complex commercial disputes involving jurisdictional and discovery-related questions. He also represents companies pursuing, or defending against, a wide array of contract and tort claims in federal and state courts.
Justin’s government investigations experience includes assisting companies in responding to civil investigative demands issued by federal agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Prior to joining Willkie, Justin was an associate at another international law firm. Before that, he served as a judicial law clerk for Judge John F. Kness on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
