Luca Rapetti Castiglione

Luca Rapetti Castiglione is counsel in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of the Milan Office. He has extensive experience in corporate law and domestic and international M&A.
Throughout his career, Luca has led legal teams and played a key role in all phases of complex M&A transactions.
Luca has also advised clients on corporate governance matters and day-to-day operations, managing relationships with directors and key stakeholders, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
Luca has significant experience in liability actions against directors and auditors, acting also on behalf of commissioners from supervisory authorities (IVASS/ISVAP, Banca d’Italia).
His experience also extends to fintech and insurtech, IT and telecommunications. Luca advises investment funds, equity and lending crowdfunding platforms, payment institutions, insurances, banks and alternative investment funds (AIFs) across all aspects of their operations, including interactions with supervisory authorities for regulatory approvals and authorizations.

He is the author of several publications in corporate law and contract law and speaks at seminars and training courses on the same subjects.
