Shlomo Potesky

Shlomo Potesky is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Insurance Transactional and Regulatory practice group. Shlomo represents clients in the insurance industry as well as non-insurance entities on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, distribution arrangements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance and regulatory investigations and examinations. Shlomo also advises clients on the application of insurance regulation to artificial intelligence and other technological innovations. Shlomo monitors insurance-related legislation and regulations for clients and regularly attends meetings of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
