Nathan Pflaum is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Nathan’s practice encompasses complex commercial, class action, and securities litigation matters. He represents clients in both federal and state courts and regularly briefs dispositive and other high-stakes motions. Nathan also has experience defending depositions, arguing dispositive motions, and managing discovery proceedings.
